The Alessandra Method is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase. This page explains exactly when a refund is available.
Digital delivery
Access to the full module library, templates and checklists is granted immediately after payment. Because the entire product is delivered at once, it cannot be "returned" in the usual sense.
14-day withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By starting the Course immediately you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once you have accessed the digital content. If you have not accessed any module, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
Technical problems
If you cannot access what you paid for and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. Email us before opening a dispute — it is faster.
What is not refundable
We do not refund because results were slower than hoped, because you changed your mind after consuming the material, or because a third-party platform changed its rules. The Course is education, not an income guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email support@alessandramethod.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order reference. We reply within 3 business days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
