These terms govern your purchase and use of the Alessandra Method course and any related materials, templates and community access (the "Course"). By purchasing or accessing the Course you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Course. The Course is educational material aimed at adult content creators and covers business, marketing and monetization topics.

2. Licence

On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Course for your own business. You may not resell, share, republish, redistribute or repackage any part of it, and you may not share your login with others. Accounts found sharing access may be suspended without refund.

3. Payment and access

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; launch or promotional pricing is available only for the period stated. Access details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

4. No income guarantee

The Course is educational only. Any figures, screenshots or results shown are individual results and are not a promise, projection or guarantee of earnings. Your outcome depends on your niche, effort, consistency, existing audience and many factors outside our control. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fanvue, TikTok, X or any other platform mentioned. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use. Platform rules change and we cannot guarantee that any strategy will remain permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Course to break the law, to misrepresent yourself as another person, to harass anyone, or to violate a platform's terms. We may terminate access without refund for breaches of these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, account suspensions or indirect losses.
